Over time, corrugated storm drains will corrode and concrete storm drains will crack and collapse. The end result is the same for both — sand infiltration, erosion, and ultimate settlement or sinkhole formation. These damages can endanger buildings, roads, homes, and other surrounding structures.
There are two solutions to these problems—you can either rehabilitate the pipes using CIPP lining, which will create a new pipe inside the old pipe by using an epoxy saturated, polyester tube. Or you could use thermo-formed lining, which includes the installation of a pipe that has been formed into a u-shape and heated to make it flexible enough to fill the pipe.
